    Mediscan Therapy has a need for a School Psychologist in Washington just south of Tacoma, WA. The selected School Psychologist must have knowledge of state and federal legislation for disabilities, demonstrate ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, with staff, students and families, possess leadership, relationship, and time management skills.

     

     

    Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree in School Psychology
    • ESA certification in School Psychology
    • Applicable State Licensure

     

     

    The position will be full time to begin NSY (Next School Year) with Kindergarten through 12th grade students. The qualified School Psychologist will be responsible to conduct assessments, interpret results, provide case management and coordination, provide crisis intervention to students when appropriate and provide input for group and individual counseling and social skills and training as indicated on IEPs.
