Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The Occupational Therapist will develop a treatment plan and monitor progress for each child on his/her caseload.
  • This position requires independent clinical judgment, well developed communication skills, and the ability to work well with coworkers and families of clients.
  • Implements and administers therapy programs to restore and enhance performance using selected activities and special equipment
  • Performs evaluations to determine the client’s functioning level
  • Develops individualized intervention plans
  • Uses good time management skills
  • Initiative, strong work ethic, and the ability to positively interact and collaborate in a team environment

Requirements:
