    Are you looking to find a home in a local school district? Mediscan is on the lookout for a Speech Language Pathologist for a vacancy in a local school in the Rockford, Illinois area. The selected therapist will provide services in either an Elementary or Middle School with a caseload of K-8th grade students. New graduates will be considered for their Clinical Fellowship, and veteran therapists will be compensated based on experience. Supervision is provided for new graduates and tuition reimbursement is available!

    Responsibilities:

    • Conducting speech, language and hearing screenings to students
    • Administering formal and informal (ongoing & curriculum-based) assessments.
    • Obtaining additional diagnostic information from appropriate persons and available records for speech-language purposes.
    • Analyzing and interpreting information to make recommendations regarding the need for speech-language services.
